There is an abundance of activities for children - the Sea Life Centre is amongst the most popular but kids also love Cruachan Power Station known as ‘The hollow mountain’. Raceway Karting in Fort William is a great choice for thrilling family outings. Other must-see visitor attractions include Glenfinnan Monument, Urquhart Castle and the Nevis Range Gondola.

Lochaber is a paradise for walkers and climbers with Ben Nevis, the Mamores and the mountains of dramatic Glencoe all close by. The distinctive Pap of Glencoe is visible from the hotel itself. The less adventurous and those with young families can take advantage of many well marked forest walks which are maintained locally by Forest Enterprise.
